Heel Stabilizer

We all know someone that continuously rolls their ankles while hiking or hunting. There are two major causes for this; 1. Pronation and Supination  2. Weak ankles. These two factors cause unsteady movements in the foot and can be treacherous on the mountain or while on uneven terrain.  If you experience any of these then putting a heel stabilizer on your orthotic is something you should do. A HeelStabilizer eliminates movement in the orthotic and keeps the heel in neutral position. It adds stability and strength to your feet and ankles to help prevent rolling your ankle, or falling on the mountain. Heel Stabilizers are a great way to have an extra measure or protection in the backcountry.
