SheepFeet Outdoors – Terms of Service (Updated March 18, 2026)

Welcome to SheepFeet Outdoors (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website, purchasing products, using our mobile apps, participating in SMS/MMS marketing programs, or entering giveaways, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
These Terms apply to all users, including browsers, customers, vendors, contributors, and mobile app users. New features, tools, or services provided on the website or app are also governed by these Terms.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform for our website.
1. Eligibility
By using our website or services, you confirm that:
- You are at least the age of majority in your state or province, or have parental/guardian consent if you are a minor.
- You will not use our products or services for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
2. Account, Orders, and Accuracy
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete account, billing, and shipping information.
We may refuse or cancel orders for suspected fraud, unauthorized resellers, or violations of purchase limits.
You are responsible for maintaining your account confidentiality, and any activity under your account.

3. Products and Services
Products include custom orthotics, apparel, gift cards, and digital services (e.g., mobile app foot scans).
Products are customized/personalized; some may be non-refundable once production begins.
Colors, images, and descriptions are illustrative; actual product may vary.
Prices and availability may change without notice.
Custom Orthotics – Production, Modifications, and Cancellations
Custom orthotic orders enter production after foot scans or impression kits are received.
Once production has begun:
- Order modifications may be limited and are not guaranteed. Any approved changes will depend on the current stage of production.
- Orders may be canceled while in production; however, cancellations or refunds will be subject to deductions based on the work already completed. These costs are determined by the stage of production at the time of the request.
- Payment methods cannot be changed.
By submitting scans or impressions, you acknowledge and agree that your order will enter production and become subject to these terms.
4. Digital Products and App Use
Use of the SheepFeet Outdoors mobile app or scanning software is granted via a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use.
Data collected through the app (foot scans, measurements, account info) is handled per our Privacy Policy.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, device compatibility, or data accuracy.
Refunds for digital products are subject to our discretion; custom services may be non-refundable.
5. SMS/MMS Marketing Program
Participation requires affirmative opt-in.
Message & data rates may apply; frequency varies.
To opt-out, reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT.
Users under 18 require parental consent.
Messages are sent “as-is” and delivery depends on your carrier or device.

6. Giveaways and Promotions
No purchase required unless stated.
Open to legal U.S. residents, 18+.
One prize per household; prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash unless explicitly allowed.
Sponsor may cancel, modify, or substitute prizes for reasons beyond control (technical issues, fraud, shipping delays).
By entering, you consent to share contact info for prize fulfillment and inclusion on public winner lists.
7. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our site, app, or services to:
- Violate laws or infringe on intellectual property rights.
- Harass, defame, or discriminate against others.
- Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code.
- Collect data from others without consent.
- Circumvent security features or manipulate services.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and materials on the site are owned or licensed by SheepFeet Outdoors. Reproduction, copying, or exploitation without written permission is prohibited.
9. Third-Party Tools and Links
Our site or app may integrate Shopify, Postscript, Klaviyo, or other third-party services. We are not responsible for outages, content, or liability from third-party tools.
10. Personal Information
We handle data per our Privacy Policy, which includes compliance with:
- CCPA (California residents)
- GDPR (EU users, if applicable)
- COPPA (users under 13)
11. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability
Services and products are provided “as-is” and “as-available.”
We make no warranty of accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted service.
SheepFeet Outdoors is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Shipping delays, carrier errors, or third-party failures
- Loss of data or unauthorized access
Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SheepFeet Outdoors and affiliates from claims arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of others’ rights.
13. Arbitration and Governing Law
Disputes are resolved via binding arbitration in Orem, Utah, under AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules.
Arbitration is individual-only; class actions are waived.
Utah law governs these Terms.
14. Modifications
We may update these Terms by posting changes on our website. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
15. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access for violations or at our discretion. Obligations incurred prior to termination survive.
