Shipping Policy

At SheepFeet, every order is handled with care—whether it’s a custom-built orthotic or in-stock gear. Below is everything you need to know about production, fulfillment, and shipping.


Production & Fulfillment

Custom Orthotics

Custom orthotics are built within 2–3 weeks (10–15 business days) after we receive your:

  • iPhone scans, or
  • Impression kit

Production does not begin until scans or impression kits are received.

This is our standard turnaround time for most of the year. During peak seasons, production may take slightly longer depending on order volume.

For the fastest turnaround, please complete your scans or return your impression kit as soon as possible after ordering.


In-Stock Items

Non-custom, in-stock items typically ship within 1–3 business days.

If your order includes both custom orthotics and non-custom items (excluding impression kits), everything will ship together once your orthotics are complete.

If you’d like non-custom items sooner, please place a separate order.


Orthotic Restores

Orthotic restores are typically completed and delivered back to you within ~2 weeks from the time we receive them.

Customers are responsible for shipping their orthotics to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit to our facility.

Detailed instructions will be provided after your restore order is placed.


Shipping Options & Delivery

We offer multiple shipping options through UPS and USPS, including:

  • UPS® Ground
  • USPS Priority Mail
  • UPS 2nd Day Air®
  • UPS Next Day Air Saver®
  • USPS Priority Mail Express

Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

We also offer free standard shipping on orders over $60.


Order Tracking

Tracking information is automatically sent to your email once your order ships.


Shipping Delays

Please note:

  • Production timelines begin only after scans or impression kits are received
  • Delays in submitting scans or returning kits will delay your order
  • Shipping carriers may experience delays due to weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.

SheepFeet is not responsible for orders that are delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us, we will contact you to coordinate reshipment.

Additional shipping charges may apply depending on the situation.
